Planet Sports, the insolvent multi-channel action sports retailer based in Munich, has been taken over by a “medium-sized consortium of entrepreneurs,” said the insolvency administrator, Axel W. Bierbach of the law firm Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Kollegen, in a press release.
