The companies will implement Fanatics’ vertical commerce model, local expertise, and global infrastructure, to raise the sell-through of FC Internazionale products worldwide
PSG’s combatants in 2025 final of Champions League, FC Internazionale Milano, and Fanatics, a digital sports platform and global licensed merchandise company, have entered into a new partnership spanning e-commerce, retail, manufacturing and licensing.
The long-term partnership between two expanding global sports brands aims to redefine the fan experience, the two companies said. The companies will implement Fanatics’ vertical commerce model, local expertise, and global infrastructure. Inter fans will have access to a wide range of official merchandise.

Exclusive fans collections and more sell-through
Fanatics will work with the club to expand its merchandise and licensing reach across Italy and worldwide. This ambitious partnership will elevate the Inter brand worldwide, bringing fans closer to the club with exclusive collections, locally relevant designs, an expanded product range, a seamless online and in-store experience, and improved product availability.
“Inter boasts a global fanbase of over 530 million people who are interested in our brand and ranks as the second fastest-growing European club since 2020,” said Giorgio Ricci, FC Internazionale Milano Chief Revenue Officer. As our international presence continues to expand across every continent, it has become increasingly important for us to stay connected with our fans, wherever they may be,” Ricci concluded.
Fanatics will manage the new partnership from its Italian headquarters in Milano, combining local knowledge with its global capabilities. The company currently works with over 900 top-tier sports organizations including UEFA, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Formula 1, and the International Olympic Committee and has more than 80 global offices, 2,000+ retail locations, and an e-commerce platform built to meet the demands of modern sports fans.
Has Fanatics become too dominating?
Fanatics is considered by many to be a monopoly in North America due to its aggressive ventures into sports merchandising and the collectible card market. These actions have led to lawsuits from smaller vendors and other companies, such as Panini.
A notable event was the backlash over the quality of its MLB jerseys before and during the 2024 season. During spring training, the Kansas City Royals opted out of using the Vapor Premier template and instead wore uniforms featuring the larger font for player names and numbers used in older uniforms.
