North Carolinian Triad Business Journal has obtained a memo revealing that HanesBrands will move from its Hanes Mill Road campus to the Park Building in downtown Winston-Salem early next year. This is part of a plan to downsize after the company has sold Champion to Authentic Brands Group. The new premises are approximately 11,200 square meters, only a quarter of the size of the old offices. The former headquarters building will be taken over by Carolina University.
