The new HQ represents a significant investment in logistics and customer-support infrastructure.

Technogym has announced the opening of its new US headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey. The Italian fitness technology and equipment maker arrived in the US in 1996 with its first office in Seattle, on the West Coast. That office later moved to the East Coast and has now relocated from Fairfield, Connecticut.

“Our new headquarters places us in a prime location that enhances our ability to serve customers, drive innovation, and elevate the wellness experience for individuals and businesses alike,” says Technogym’s Founder and CEO, Nerio Alessandri. Born in 1961 in Cesena, in Italy’s historic region of Romagna, Alessandri founded the company in his garage at the age of 22.

The investment is expected to enhance Technogym’s service capabilities in various respects. Two logistics partners will manage warehouse management, delivery and installation, along with a specialized logistics partner for low-touch product deliveries. A warehouse dedicated to spare parts will guarantee next-business-day shipping across the US, supported by four stock product warehouses, in Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Technogym can also rely on 120 certified service providers and technicians, equipped with service Vans, spare parts and software.
