Topgolf Callaway Brands has changed its name to Callaway Golf Company, changed its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from MODG to CALY, and inaugurated a new website for investor relations at ir.callawaygolf.com.
The change follows the sale earlier this month, as we’ve reported, of 60 percent of the company’s stake in Topgolf and Toptracer, both of them driving-range banners. It remains a minority shareholder, with 40 percent.
allaway will continue to operate its golf equipment, active lifestyle, and apparel segments under various brand names including Callaway Golf, Odyssey, TravisMathew, and Jack Wolfskin. Meanwhile, Topgolf will maintain its separate brand identity as an entertainment and hospitality business.
Shareholders approved the name change at a special meeting in December 2025, clearing the way for implementation in early 2026. The company has updated its corporate website to callaway.com, though Topgolf continues to operate independently at topgolf.com.
