LTK, formerly rewardStyle, a global technology platform that connects creators, brands and shoppers to facilitate commerce online and through the LTK shopping app, has announced Patricia Gonzales as the company’s first chief people officer (CPO). LTK, which calls itself the founder of “Creator Commerce,” has invested in significant growth in recent months, expanding its teams in the U.S. and internationally by more than 60 percent in less than a year. As CPO, Gonzales will be responsible for all human resources matters – bringing teams together and evolving the organization to make LTK one of the best places to work.
With operations on five continents and the recent expansion of its footprint into new markets, LTK continues to aggressively expand to accelerate the growth of its three-sided marketplace. The company says it plans to increase its workforce by another 10 percent by the end of the year, primarily in engineering and product design. LTK’s technology platform supports Creator Commerce to help creators be as commercially successful as possible. In addition, world-class talent is choosing to pursue careers at LTK to help develop platforms for this fast-growing industry.
Gonzales comes to LTK from Acorns, where she served as the company’s founding human resources leader, building the company’s culture with a focus on value, growth and talent development. At Acorns, she aggressively grew the company while adapting and evolving the employment brand for the future. Prior to Acorns, she served in various roles at Experian, including director of human resources.
