Gore-Tex has launched a consumer-facing online repair portal, powered by United Repair Centre (URC), as part of its commitment to extending the life of outdoor gear. Currently in its pilot phase and only available in the UK, the initiative provides a direct and high-quality repair service to keep Gore-Tex products in use for longer, reducing waste and supporting sustainability. “The most sustainable piece of clothing is the one you already own,” said Gore-Tex. “By making professional repairs more accessible, we are helping reduce environmental impact while maintaining the integrity of Gore-Tex products.”
