Puma has announced that by 2025, nine out of ten Puma products will be made with more sustainable materials. In 2020, the brand already achieved the milestone of sourcing 100 percent of the core materials used in its apparel and accessories (down, cotton, viscose etc.) from more sustainable sources. More than 97 percent of other materials such as leather, polyester and cardboard also came from certified sources in 2020. This means that five out of ten Puma products were already made from more sustainable materials in 2020. As a next step, Puma will increase the amount of recycled materials in its apparel and accessories products. By 2025, 75 percent of the polyester used in these Puma products will come from recycled sources.
