Insole maker Superfeet announced that it partnered with workplace injury prevention solutions provider Work Right NW (North West) to offer insoles as part of Work Right’s injury prevention program. The new partnership is meant to improve employee safety in the industrial workplace by providing workers access to the right insoles for the job and the expert advice needed to select the correct model.
“Our combined efforts help improve overall employee comfort and productivity while reducing injuries and associated costs for Safety Managers and HR professionals,” said Superfeet CEO Trip Randall in a statement. ”We are fostering a healthier, more efficient workforce by equipping businesses and workers with the right tools and information.”
Work Right NW offers training programs, specialist support and data analysis for employees to prevent potential injuries while on the job. According to a release, the organization’s injury prevention specialists commonly recommend Superfeet’s work insoles. This new partnership will give employees access to a more personalized recommendation process to find the right insoles to reduce injuries on the job.
