Easton-Bell Sports had sales 9.1 percent higher than the year before for the fourth quarter, hitting $169.2 million. Among its divisions, team sports grew by 5.6 percent and action sports rose by 13.1 percent. For the full year, the company overall had a 7.0 percent increase in sales to $775.5 million. Team sports rose by 4.1 percent and action sports by 10.9 percent for all of 2008. Adjusted Ebitda was up by 62.4 percent for the quarter to $12.5 million, and up by 9.0 percent for the year to $105.6 million.
