Ecco filed a patent infringement complaint against Skechers in a U.S. court in Delaware on May 16, claiming infringement of four U.S. patents through its Go Golf Drive – Classic and Go Golf Drive – men's golf shoes. The Danish company is seeking an injunction, damages and fees.
