The Slovenian ski manufacturer Elan has started several projects to improve the sustainability of its operations and installed a new portal for the communication of its environmental efforts, elanskis.com/sustainability. Part of the company’s sustainability plan is the installation of a solar power plant that will start producing in the fall of 2022. In addition, Elan has committed to participate in a reforestation project in the municipality of Poljče, where the company has planted 1,000 trees and agreed to maintain the forest in the long term as well.
