Canada Goose Holdings Inc. has announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders, held on Aug. 4, 2023.
The Board of Directors now comprises (in alphabetical order): Michael D. Armstrong, Joshua Bekenstein, Jodi Butts, Maureen Chiquet, Ryan Cotton, John Davison, Stephen Gunn, Dani Reiss, and Belinda Wong. All the nominees for election as listed in the Company’s June management information circular were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders.
Effective July 12, 2023, Davison, current independent director of the Company, was appointed to the position of Lead Director of Canada Goose, replacing Chiquet. Davison is also the Chair of the Audit Committee.
Furthermore, Deloitte LLP was reappointed as the Company’s auditor for the ensuing year by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders virtually present or represented by proxy at the Meeting.
