Executive appointments continue at Elevate Outdoor Collective (EOC) following the group’s rebranding in 2022. Effective immediately, Josee Larocque is the company’s new chief operations officer, leading global operations from manufacturing to distribution. As a key member of the leadership team, she will develop solutions that contribute to value creation and customer satisfaction.

In her new role, Larocque will focus on leveraging EOC’s manufacturing strength to build the operational backbone of the company. During her onboarding, she will connect with regional teams to listen, learn and strengthen manufacturing support. “With Josee, we begin our journey to become a globally aligned operations organization as we bring our best-in-class products and experiences to the EOC consumer all around the world,“ John Colonna, CEO of EOC, commented. “We have been searching for the perfect fit, and I am confident we found the perfect person to carry out our vision.”

Larocque has lived, studied and worked in the U.S., Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and China. Prior to joining Burton in 1997, she worked in global retail and transportation, holding positions ranging from operations manager to sales manager to sales and marketing manager. Most recently, she held the position of senior vice president of business and digital transformation, where she was responsible for a comprehensive business and digital transformation that would transform Burton into a world-class retailer after many years of leading global operations. A longtime Vermonter, she is treasurer of the Chill Foundation, a Vermont-based international nonprofit dedicated to inspiring youth to overcome challenges through board sports.
