Equip Outdoor Technologies, the parent company of Rab, which recently acquired Lowe Alpine from Asolo, is taking over the distribution of the line in the U.S. and Canada from Asolo and its Canadian licensee. By November, the U.S. operations of Lowe Alpine will again be based in Colorado, where the brand was founded in 1967 (more in The Outdoor Industry Compass).
