After ten years, Shops 1st Try, Europe’s largest B2B snowboarding demo, is moving 35 kilometers from Alpbachtal to a new location in Hochfügen in Austria’s Ziller Valley. The date remains the same: January 19-21, 2025.
The new location is divided into two areas: the On-Snow Demo and Exhibition Area in Hochfügen and accommodation, as well as the Industry Dinner and Evening Program in Fügen in the valley. A regular shuttle service connects the two locations.
Hochfügen has the advantage of greater snow reliability. The ski area starts at 1,486 meters, climbs up to 2,378 meters and features great freeride terrain.
The On-Snow Demo Area is now located right next to the Indoor Exhibition Area and the Business Lounge and has direct access to two gondola lifts that serve different parts of the resort. In addition, an expanded catering area will offer food and beverages to suit all tastes. For exhibitors, there will be easy access to set up and dismantle by car, van or truck.
New to the program this year is a Shops 1st Try Focus Day, where special product categories will be presented.
