Colorado-based Altra Running, founded in 2009 and part of VF Corp.’s portfolio since 2018, appointed Samantha Terral as Director of Merchandising. Most recently, Terral served as Digital/E-commerce Manager at Saucony. Prior to that, she worked at JackRabbit, formerly Running Specialty Group, for more than five years, serving also as VP of Merchandising. She previously held buyer and training roles at Gilt.com, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Altra has long been known for its zero-drop running shoes. Recently, however, Altra introduced its first model with a 4 mm drop (from heel to toe), the AltraFWD Experience.
