U.S.-based ski manufacturer DPS Skis announced the hiring of Stu Gleason as ski and process engineer and Zach Clayton as global marketing manager. These additions complement DPS Skis’ product and marketing departments as the company expands into global markets.

Gleason brings nearly two decades of product development experience to the DPS team. Most recently, he worked at Black Diamond, where he was a design and development engineer specializing in avalanche backpacks, transceivers and composite design for special projects in the ice axe and helmet category. Before joining Black Diamond, he was a program manager and designer at Rock West Composites, a full-service composite technology company, where he specialized in aerospace and drones.

Clayton brings a decade of sports marketing experience and will focus on DPS’ growth, strategy and expansion into new markets. Clayton joins DPS from Cake, where he was brand manager responsible for the company’s brand marketing strategy in North America. Before that, he spent seven years at POC Sports, specializing in snowsports and sports marketing and leading brand marketing programs and initiatives.

DPS also welcomes two new members to its dealer services team. Harry Brown joins DPS as dealer services manager, Bridger Royce joins him as dealer services coordinator.
