Barney Waters is returning to K-Swiss as its new International Brand President. Waters was the former Brand President of K-Swiss from Jan. 2016–July 2021, and served as Chief Marketing Officer prior to that.
Waters is returning to K-Swiss after serving as president of Garrett Leight California Optical from July 2021 until August 2023. He was also previously VP of International Marketing at Palladium Boots, and VP of marketing for Puma.
Waters replaces Rob Langstaff, who was announced as International Brand President in March 2023.
Referring to the news on his LinkedIn page, Waters said: “I guess it’s called a ‘boomerang’. Great to be back in the sneaker business!”
