Fanatics, the Florida-based licensed apparel and collectibles company, has appointed three new executives to lead its Commerce division, which is responsible for the design, manufacture and sale of fan merchandise.

Stephen Dowling joins the company as President, International, and will be responsible for growing the Fanatics Commerce business outside of North America. He was most recently SVP Digital Growth at Adidas. Prior to this, he led the global direct-to-consumer e-commerce business at Unilever. He will be based out of Fanatics’ Manchester office in the UK.

In addition, Justin Tsai has taken on the newly created position of Chief Product Officer. He was most recently an operating executive for Silver Lake and before that was Vice President of Product Management and Growth at GoDaddy. Tsai will be responsible for innovating the fan experience on Fanatics’ owned e-commerce sites and will be working closely with the Fanatics technology team, at the company’s office in San Mateo, California.

Valerie Love has been appointed Chief People Officer and is responsible for HR. She was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Coca-Cola Company and has also held HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Tyco Integrated Security and General Motors. Love will be based out of Fanatics’ Jacksonville, Florida, office.

All three will report to Fanatics Commerce CEO Andrew Low Ah Kee.
