MF Brands Group has appointed Carole de Montgolfier to the newly established role of chief sustainability officer. She will report to Alexandre Nodale, the group’s deputy CEO. MF Brand’s portfolio includes Lacoste and Tecnifibre in sports as well as the Gant, The Kooples, and Aigle brands. France-born de Montgolfier spent most of her career with the Carrefour group, where she held various financial positions. In 2011, she became responsible for Carrefour’s social and environmental responsibility projects. In 2019, she joined FashionCube, where she was once again responsible for the company’s CSR strategy and roadmap.
