The Lycra Company has promoted three European executives. Nicolas Banyols has become chief commercial officer, while Arnaud Ruffin and Alistair Williamson have ascended to vice presidencies. Banyols has been with Lycra since 2009, serving until now as VP of apparel for EMEA and South Asia. He is now in charge of the sales directors for Asia-Pacific, North and Central America and South America, as well as the heads of the nylon and specialty polyester businesses. Ruffin, formerly commercial director of brands and retail for EMEA, is now VP of brands and retail in general. A ten-year veteran of marketing and strategy within Lycra, he will now be leading the sales teams in Europe and supporting those in North America. Williamson, finally, is now VP of commercial operations for EMEA and South Asia. A hire from 2007, he has worked in sales, marketing and account management and was most recently commercial director of innerwear for EMEA.
