Referring to an internal message of Elevate Outdoor Collective (EOC), the Norwegian industry magazine sportsbransjen.no has reported that Nils Hult is leaving Madshus, the Norwegian brand specializing in cross-country skiing products within EOC, founded in 1906. “The functions that Nils Hult held have been absorbed by the structural changes and the globalization of functions in the group, both at Elevate Europe and at EOC worldwide,” the statement reportedly reads.
Hult had been with the company for 24 years, including almost 15 years as General Manager of Madshus AS. Over the years, he had built up a team with unique expertise at the plant in Biri, building on the brand’s more than 100-year history in Norwegian skiing.
