
Daniele Milani has joined the Rossignol Group as VP of Global Retail and E-commerce. He is responsible for the continued acceleration of the growth of the DTC business, with the goal of growing from 10 percent to more than 15 percent of sales by 2026.
Milani started his career in retail at Ferrero Asia in Hong Kong and Shanghai, then moved to Hewlett Packard and ISN virtual worlds, where he gained a solid background in project management and technology. In 2009, he moved into digital entertainment and founded his own company, PixelUp Solutions, in 2012. In 2016, he joined YOOX Net-a-Porter as E-commerce Director, where he covered the key dimensions of e-commerce management (product management, user experience, analytics, SEO, trading, content management, VM). Most recently, he was Global Product Director focused on driving performance and improving the customer experience across YOOX Net-a-Porter’s digital stores.
Milani will work out of Rossignol Group’s Milan offices, where he will oversee the management of the group’s global e-commerce, retail and in-store excellence teams. He will be responsible for managing the global P&L, business strategy, execution and customer experience for the multi-brand B2C business. As a member of the Rossignol Group Executive Committee, he will report to Vincent Wauters, CEO.
The Rossignol Group brand portfolio includes Rossignol, Dynastar, Look, Risport and Kerma. Since 2013, Rossignol has been majority-owned by the Scandinavian investment fund Altor.
