VF Corp. brand The North Face has added two women to its management team. Sophie Bambuck is joining the company as chief marketing officer and Jennifer Ingraffea as chief product and merchandising officer. Both managers have worked at Nike in leadership positions for years, just like TNF’s new president, Nicole Otto, who took charge of TNF in June 2022 after a 16-year career at Nike.

Bambuck brings in a 20-year background in global and integrated marketing strategy across several brands, including Everlane, Nike (with a ten-year career in different positions) and Converse, where she served as chief marketing officer. Her future colleague Ingraffea comes directly from Nike, where she has spent the last 19-plus years, serving most recently as global VP of kids footwear product and merchandising.
