Fila has announced it has again signed up Bjorn Borg, one of the legends of tennis, as a brand ambassador. The relationship between the sports brand and the former #1 tennis player dates back to 1975. The athlete was with the brand from 1975 to 1986. During his career, Borg has won 11 Grand Slam titles, including five consecutive victories at Wimbledon, from 1976-1980. Fila has a long history in the world of tennis. The brand is a sponsor of the BNP Paribas Open, the Dell Technologies Tennis Hall of Fame Open, the Rogers Cup and Coupe Rogers, the Mercedes Cup, the German Open, the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, the Argentina Open, the Rio Open, and the Junior Orange Bowl International Tennis Championship. Also, Fila is an official supplier to Tennis Canada, Junior Tennis Champions Center, Kim Clijsters Academy in Belgium, Van der Meer Tennis, and John Newcombe Tennis Ranch.
