Fila is the new technical sponsor of L.R. Vicenza, the Italian football club, based in Vicenza, beginning in 2022/23 and for three seasons. The deal marks Fila’s return to Italian football after a 20-year-long absence. The brand previously partnered with ACF Fiorentina, the professional club based in Florence, at the time when Argentinean star Gabriel Batistuta played with the club in the late 1990s. Founded in 1902, L.R. Vicenza is the oldest club in the Veneto region. The fabric, graphics and technical specifications of the Fila kits for L.R. Vicenza for the 2022-23 season will be unveiled in August during an official presentation to the city and the fans.
