Goldwin generated a 15 percent improvement in operating profit to ¥6,070 million (€137.8m) from ¥5,277 million for the six months ended Sept. 30. Profit attributable to shareholders lifted 25 percent higher to ¥7,323 million (€45.6m). H1 sales at the Japanese company rose 12.8 percent to ¥51,096 million (€317.9m) from ¥45,309 million. 

The group’s current annual outlook for the 12 months ending March 31, 2024, calls for total net sales of ¥123,000 million (€765.2m), a 3.2 percent year-over-year increase in operating profit to ¥22,600 million (€140.6m), and a 3.4 percent jump in annual net profit to ¥21,700 million (€135.0m).
