Spanish sneaker brand Munich recorded sales exceeding €81 million in 2023, representing a 9 percent growth compared to the previous year and an 82 percent increase when compared to 2019, La Vanguardia reported. Growth last year was driven by internationalization and the expansion of its own retail network.

Munich opened seven new stores over the past year and renovated some of its existing outlets. The company is reportedly planning new store openings in Alicante, Granada, Murcia, Vigo and the Asturias.

Italy posted a 17 percent growth, with sales reaching €4 million. Eastern Europe emerged as the region with the highest sales growth in 2023. The Americas accounted for 30 percent of the company’s exports last year.
