The largest global franchisor of boutique fitness brands has issued new operating targets for 2026 that include systemwide sales of $2.33 billion, revenues of $405 million and adjusted Ebitda of $190.0 million as it opens 500 new studios. Xponential Fitness, which generated a 9 percent increase in Q2 net profit to $18.4 million on 30 percent revenue growth to $77.3 million for the period ended June 30, now expects to achieve the high-end of its FY23 guidance. Those details include a 22 percent year-over-year increase at the midpoint from revenues of $295.0 to $305.0 million, adjusted Ebitda of $102.5 million to $106.5 million, and new studio openings in the range of 540 to 560 doors. Meanwhile, North American systemwide sales in FY23 are forecast to rise by 35 percent at the midpoint to $1.385 billion to $1.395 billion.
Meanwhile, thanks to a new partnership with Gympass, a corporate well-being platform with more than 15,000 customers and two million paid subscribers, the group will offer all 10 of its brands on the Gympass app starting in October. Separately, Xponential has hired VaynerMedia as its global media and creative agency of record.
