The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Fanatics have announced the opening of the first NBA Store in Paris. The new three-floor, 300-sqm store is located at 20 Boulevard Saint-Michel, in the Latin Quarter. It’s only the third NBA store in Europe, after London and Milan, and the first in France. The store will provide fans with official NBA and WNBA (women’s league) collections from brands like Nike, Mitchell & Ness, New Era and Wilson, and exclusive NBA Paris merchandise. The store is operated by Lids Sports Group, the largest licensed sports retailer in North America. Additional NBA Stores outside the U.S. operated by Lids, and part of the NBA’s collaboration with Fanatics, are scheduled for opening this year, the NBA said in its press release. Locations and details will be announced at a later date.
