Following a decision by the district court in Gothenburg, Sweden, Team Sportia's reorganization process is now complete, which means that the company can continue its operations. In a press release, the company's chief executive, Anders Edvardsson, indicated that the reorganization was made possible in part by the organizational changes that the company made, increased cost controls and a change in work processes. In accordance with a plan approved by the district court that handled the bankruptcy proceedings, Team Sportia will only have to pay back 25 percent of its original debt of 62 million Swedish kronor (€6.9m-$9.5m).
