Foot Locker has moved around some of its executives as part of its efforts to improve the performance of its retail and direct business operations. Richard Johnson, the president and chief executive for Foot Locker US, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Footaction, is being promoted to executive vice president and group president of retail stores, in charge of all the company's banners in the U.S. and abroad. His old slot will be filled by Stephen Jacobs, president and CEO of Champs Sports, who in turn will be succeeded by Bryon Milburn, the managing director of Foot Locker Canada. The Canada position will be taken on by Nick Jones, currently general merchandise manager of Foot Locker Europe. Lauren Peters is succeeding Robert McHugh as executive vice president and chief financial officer, while McHugh moves on to be executive vice president for operations support, a new position that oversees IT, logistics, sourcing and other aspects of operations.
