Foot Locker is reportedly opening a mega-flagship store at Marble Arch in London, on a surface of about 1,300 square meters at street and basement level. The location at the western end of Oxford Street was previously occupied by a fast food outlet. The store is set to open across from a Primark flagship, which creates plenty of footfall. It should also benefit from the opening of the Elizabeth tube line from Reading to Shenfield, through the center of London, which is scheduled later this year and could generate an increase in traffic to the West End. Foot Locker has two other locations on the popular shopping street in London, at Oxford Circus and near Tottenham Court Road.
