Go Sport has started to offer a new customer service on the internet. It has become possible for customers to book appointments with a personal shopper to advise them about their purchases or to get their bicycles repaired or to string their racquets. The French sporting goods retail chain is making this service initially available at ten locations, all of them in the Paris region plus the cities of Cannes and Montélimar.
