GoPro has reported on another big jump of 71.7 percent to $414.9 million in its revenues during the second quarter ended June 30. Sales outside the U.S. represented more than 50 percent of the total turnover during the quarter, as combined sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific went up by 126 percent. The U.S. company's gross margin expanded by 4.2 percentage points to 46.4 percent on a non-GAAP accounting basis, and non-GAAP operating earnings shot up to $65.8 million from $17.8 million in the year-ago period, leading to net income of $50.7 million versus $11.8 million.
