Groupe Go Sport's parent company, Rallye has successfully placed a new seven-year bond worth €500 million. Bearing a yield of 4 percent, it was significantly oversubscribed. Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, CM-CIC, Société Générale, The Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS acted as joint bookrunners for the new bond issue. BNP Paribas and The Royal Bank of Scotland took charge of the tender offer.
