U.K.-based activewear brand Gymshark has appointed Mat Dunn as its new chief financial officer. Most recently, Dunn served as Asos’ interim CEO, after the departure of Nick Beighton in late 2021. Also at Asos, Dunn previously served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Dunn stepped down from Asos last month and will join Gymshark in early 2023, to replace outgoing CFO Philip Daw. Dunn will report directly to Ben Francis, Gymshark’s CEO, who founded the company in 2012. Boosted by rising global sales, Gymshark reported a 54 percent increase in revenues in its fiscal year ending July 31, 2021, with net revenues of £401.9 million (€448.3 million).
