Helly Hansen has sued Off-White, the lifestyle fashion company headed up by Virgil Abloh, in a federal court of Illinois, claiming that it intentionally stole its black and white striped logo, using it since 2013. The suit calls for the cancellation of Off-White's registration of its logo.
