The Austria-based international retailer Hervis has launched a new mobile app that integrates the former Hervis SportsClub (a card-based-only membership tool). The app links the Hervis stores with the digital Hervis world and integrates the online store, making the complete shop assortment available. Further features such as the interactive store finder, digital flyers and the integration of the modernized Hervis SportsClub complete the offer.

Personalized data, such as individual settings from the Hervis foot analysis, are stored in the individual app area and enable a personalized shopping experience also in the online store. At the same time as the launch of the Hervis app, the Hervis SportsClub customer club (founded 25 years ago) is also presenting itself with innovations and additional features. For example, registered users can collect points with every purchase, which can be converted into a credit or redeemed online at hervis.at and at Hervis stores.

Users with an existing online account or customer card can integrate them by logging in online or scanning or entering them manually and registering in the new Hervis SportsClub in addition to regular new registration. The launch will take place in all six Hervis countries: Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and Romania. To date, the company, part of Spar AG, runs 240 brick-and-mortar stores in addition to its e-commerce business.
