The Danish brand Hummel and Amnesty International Denmark have agreed to join forces in order to start various projects in order to raise money for the NGO’s work. As a kick-off of the new partnership, Hummel and Amnesty have designed a new lifestyle collection based on Amnesty’s black and yellow signature colors. The logo of the collection is a combination of the sports brand’s bumblebee signet and Amnesty’s barbed wire. According to a press release by the two partners, all profits from the new Hummel x Amnesty collection will be donated directly to Amnesty International.
“Our purpose is to move the world forward through the power of sport, and as one of the oldest sportswear brands in the world, we know that it requires a solid team effort to create positive change in sport as well as in life. That’s also why we’ve teamed up with Amnesty International Denmark for the next two years to support our vision of changing the world through sport,” said Hummel CEO Allan Vad Nielsen. The first drop of the new collaborative collection will be available on the Hummel website by Oct. 1, 2022.
