Hurley and the World Surf League (WSL) have announced a new partnership for the WSL Championship Tour for the remainder of the year. The brand, owned by Nike, will be collaborating with WSL on five of the 11 scheduled events to help young surfers around the world make a positive impact in their community and enrich the surf-fan experience. Hurley will partner with the WSL at Championship Tour locations including: West Australia at the Margaret River Pro; Brazil at the Oi Rio Pro; Bali, Indonesia at the Corona Bali Pro in Keramas; Tahiti at the Tahiti Pro Teahupoo; and California at the Surf Ranch Open. Hurley will be the presenting sponsor of both Bali and Surf Ranch. “Hurley Surf Club” activations will be present at all five venues. These will include access to competing Hurley athletes, outreach to local surf clubs and teams, free video sessions with legends like Rabbit Bartholomew, and other activities at each venue. Also, former WSL Championship Tour surfers like Rob Machado, Yadin Nicol and Brett Simpson will be available at the Club to pass on their knowledge.
