Implus Footwear has purchased Yaktrax, a manufacturer of snow and ice traction devices, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition should boost Implus’s annual revenues to close to $70 million. Steve Couder, national sales manager of Yaktrax, will remain in his position at this new division of Implus.
