Intersport Schweiz has reported a 30.4 percent increase in operating income to €0.7 million on 23.6 percent higher revenues of €82.3 million for the six months ended Oct. 31. The buying group had 270 members and buying partners with 345 stores at the end of the period. As the snow began to fall heavily in Switzerland at the end of November, Intersport Schweiz is expecting revenues of about €120 million for the balance of its financial year.
