Intersport Sverige has launched a click & collect application in its store at Stockholm's Arlanda airport and at four other locations in the Swedish capital. Working with a Swedish company, Welcom, it has a developed an app that allows customers to select the products that they want to order with scan QR codes from a vast catalog on a 40” screen. Intersport Sverige says these virtual stores enable it to optimize floor space in its regular stores, while widening the assortment for the consumer.
