K-Swiss has named Michael Augustine to be its new worldwide director of apparel. He will handle design, development and merchandising for the brand's performance apparel, special makeup product and co-branded collections, which include Ironman, L.A. Marathon and Jillian Michaels. He'll report to Alden Sheets, president for worldwide apparel. Augustine started in the apparel industry in 1993 with Proknit Apparel, then moving on to roles at Tommy Hilfiger USA, Nike and Adidas International. He most recently was the owner of RoxyDogCreative, which offers brand packaging and marketing solutions to new and small businesses.
