K-Swiss is introducing a line of sneakers designed for e-sport professionals. The initial line comprises two models, one for lifestyle and one for performance. The lifestyle model, which is the first to launch, features traditional sports elements such as breathable mesh and four-way stretch. The model comprises both men's and women's styles. The lifestyle shoe will be sold starting in December at a price that is expected to be $110. For the performance model, which is still under development, K-Swiss' designers have been studying the physical demands of professional gamers at the Los Angeles training facility of Immortals, the brand's e-sports partner. The performance shoe is scheduled to hit the market in early 2019. K-Swiss and Immortals said they also plan to launch premium lifestyle and performance apparel in the future, for both pro gamers and fans.
