K2 Sports has signed up a new agency, Black Peak Trading, to cover the U.K. and Ireland for the K2, Ride, Line and Full Tilt brands. The respective lines were previously distributed by K2 UK, which was part of Pure Fishing and remained with its new parent company, Newell Brands. The company has decided to keep Mountain Sports as the distributor of another brand in its portfolio, Backcountry Access, which was acquired by K2 in 2013.
