Further to the announcement on July 7, 2023 of Chris Kinraid’s resignation as Group Chief Financial Officer, KMD Brands, the New Zealand parent of Oboz, Kathmandu and Rip Curl, has confirmed that Kinraid’s last day with KMD Brands will be Dec 8, 2023.
While KMD Brands continues to recruit for a permanent Group CFO, Ben Washington, Deputy CFO, will provide interim cover for financial and investor aspects of the Group CFO role, and Lachlan Farran, Chief Commercial Officer, will absorb the remaining operational responsibilities on an interim basis, both with effect from Dec. 8, 2023 until a permanent Group CFO appointment is made.
