Le Coq Sportif is well on its way to deliver a double-digit rate increase in sales for the second half and the company is anticipating operating profit for both the second half and the full year. Airesis, the Swiss holding company that owns the majority of Le Coq Sportif's shares, reports that the sales increase is driven by outstanding demand for its apparel. Le Coq Sportif reported an operating loss (Ebitda) of €4.6 million for the second half of 2016 and a loss of €6.3 million for the full year. Airesis is preparing an investor day in Zurich at the end of January, where it will outline preliminary results for 2017 and guidance for the next year.
